Start your yoga journey with our beginner to intermediate level 200-hour online yoga teacher training course. Through daily live online yoga classes, our experienced Gurus and Instructors will guide on Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation. Apart from the daily classes, the students will receive pre-recorded videos of Anatomy and Yoga Philosophy. Along with the practice of Yoga, the course also focuses on teaching methodology so that you will get enough skills to start your teaching career.
The program includes a Manual and e-books in a PDF format, which will support your learning. At the end of the course, practicum exams will be conducted online. In order to complete the course, students should attend all the live classes, complete the pre-recorded videos, and attend the exam.
