Overview


The 200-hour online yoga teacher training is a beginner to intermediate-level program. The curriculum is structured for those who want to grasp the fundamental knowledge of yoga and practice it by themselves. Students will get access to pre-recorded sessions of hatha yoga, ashtanga yoga, philosophy, pranayama, meditation, and anatomy classes. You can also choose the duration of the access to these sessions according to their preference.

Along with pre-recorded sessions, students also get to solve their queries through live sessions conducted every week. Our group of knowledgeable gurus and teachers will assist students in understanding the course material and solve their doubts and queries.

Students will also receive course materials and ebooks to deepen their practice of yoga. Upon completion of the online 200-hour yoga teacher training, one will become a certified yoga teacher and will be able to register as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) under Yoga Alliance USA.
